In the summer, my husband was sent on a business trip to Canada. Naturally, I decided to join him, and even take our two teenage children. After all, there is rarely the opportunity to ride so far!
All problems began with obtaining visas. This is something – getting visas to Canada. For some reason, we were suspected of intending to emigrate to this country and did so with enviable tenacity for two months! My husband was given a visa from the first call, and my children were refused on the grounds that I was going to emigrate there. I was at a loss. Why should I emigrate alone after so many years of marriage? But there was nothing to do, I had to play by their rules and collect a bunch of references. In the end, my boss got angry and gave me a certificate on the official letterhead of the enterprise that I was not going to emigrate. Help was on the official form and with a seal! I was somehow ashamed to take such a linden to the embassy, but strangely enough, they willingly took it, and even gave me, finally, a visa. Two days before the trip! La Fontaine is an extensive city park located in the heart of Montreal. The park is very beautiful; it is perfect for picnics, hiking and outdoor sports.
Lafontaine Park got its name in honor of Louis-Hippolytus Lafontaine – a popular Canadian politician and prime minister. The area of the park is 36 hectares. Most of this territory is occupied by green spaces, however, the park also has two large lakes, a fountain and a small waterfall. Life in the park is in full swing both in summer and in winter. In the warmer months, Lafontaine Park attracts bathers, skaters, cyclists and just vacationers, and in winter lovers gather to skate. Continue reading
Stereo nightclub is a great option to spend your time after a working day in Montreal. This club is one of the most popular house music clubs on the planet.
The club prides itself on its powerful sound system, which was created by Scott Lancaster and DJ David Morales. At this club, Tom Stefan, Roger Sanchez, Joesky and other famous “gurus” of dance music performed at different times at the DJ consoles. Also in the club was a video clip of Canadian artist Mark Misterio “Let Loose”, which shots the owner of the club Scott Lancaster.
In the history of the club there are tragic pages testifying to the fire that completely destroyed it. For the restoration of the institution was spent $ 500,000.
