What to try in Canada?
Canadian cuisine is hardly original. In gastronomic terms, Canadians do not shine with imagination. When asked what to try in Canada, french fries, burgers and donuts come to mind. However,…

Maple leaf country

The provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island are part of the Atlantic Canada region, which is home to Academic culture and is famous for its unique accent, natural beauties (especially in coastal areas), the historical beauty of Halifax, as well as fishing and shipping industry.

Quebec is one of Canada’s most unique regions. Quebec is known for a large number of cultural events, the classical architecture of Montreal and, of course, for its maple syrup and the national dish “Putin”. Quebec is a great way to see the Old World of Europe without traveling outside of North America!

Calgary, Banff, Whistler, Vancouver

Distance Banff – Whistler 795 km. When we left Banff, it was snowing heavily. It turned out that in Canada, roads are not cleaned. I had to go on a rut done by cars. Slippery, snow drifts, disgusting visibility on mountain roads – it became clear that it would take a long time to go.

Travel to Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Niagara Falls

At the end of October, a very short trip to Canada took place (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Niagara Falls).
The flight of 9.5 hours by airbus was easily transferred. This is not 19, as flew through Amsterdam to Bali! TV, books, and now, he is an unfamiliar airport. The plane filled out customs declarations. A sample of filling (in English and Russian!) Was in the back of a chair in a magazine. Standard questions – where, why, for how long, and the condition for importing foreign currency – an amount over 10,000 Canadian dollars must be declared. Border guards, customs – hard. We were warned that even with a visa, you can’t get into the country, everything will depend on the border guard, he can shorten his stay, and may even consider visiting the country inappropriate (?!).
